Rhubarb Slush
Summer wouldn't be complete without some refreshing Rhubarb Slush. Make a big batch of this in the spring/early summer when rhubarb is plentiful and enjoy it all summer long! The most refreshing summer rhubarb slush recipe!

- 7 cups rhubarb chopped
- 7 cups water
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 12 oz frozen lemonade thawed
- 12 oz frozen orange juice thawed
- 1-1.5 cups Brandy (vodka, rum... your choice) optional
Simmer rhubarb and water until rhubarb is soft. Strain out juices and throw pulp away.
Add sugar, lemonade, and orange juice to the rhubarb juice. Stir until lemonade and orange juice is completely thawed.
Add alcohol if desired. Pour into large container (empty ice cream pails work perfectly) and freeze.
Once frozen, scoop desired amount into glasses and top off with your favorite lemon lime soda! Kick your feet up and enjoy!
