Strawberry Fluff Salad
This amazing dessert will be gobbled up in no time at any potluck or family dinner! Simple to make, sweet, crunchy, and fluffy- it hits all the notes!
Ingredients
- 1 cup pretzels crushed
- 1/2 cup pecans chopped
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup butter melted
- 2 cups strawberries diced
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 8 oz whipped topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Mix together crushed pretzels, chopped pecans, brown sugar and melted butter.
- Spread on a 9x13 baking sheet with sides and bake for 7 minutes. Allow the mixture to cool. Crush into small pieces.
- Beat together softened cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla.
- Fold in whipped topping and strawberries.
- Before serving, combine the whipped topping/strawberry mixture and the pretzel mixture.
- Watch it disappear.
