This holiday punch always takes me back to when I was a kid and had piano recitals. My piano teacher served this every year. It’s been many years since those days but I still go right back to that place every time I taste it.

Ahh… piano recitals. Tummy full of butterflies, sweaty/clammy hands, tired from all the last-minute practicing. But I always looked forward to the Christmas cookies and this holiday punch!

If you are looking for a super sweet, traditional punch, this isn’t for you. Don’t get me wrong, it is sweet but not overwhelming. The cranberry juice gives it a nice tart kick and the spices add a delightful warm, festive flavor!

Festive Holiday Punch

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Total Time 15 minutes
Servings 15 people

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 12 whole cloves
  • 2 2" sticks cinnamon
  • 2 quarts cranberry juice
  • 1 12 oz can Lemonade concentrate undiluted
  • 1 12 oz can Orange Juice concentrate undiluted
  • 1 2 liter bottle lemon lime soda of choice (7-Up, Sprite, etc)

Instructions
 

  • Place first 4 ingredients in sauce pan, bring to boil and simmer 5 minutes. Cool and remove spices.
  • Once cooled, add juices, lemonade, and soda. Mix and serve.
